Funeral mass for Anna M. Soliz, 53 of Plainview will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Arsenio Redulla officiating. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Anna passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 in Lubbock. She was born on December 1, 1961 in Plainview to Fernando and Maria Eloisa Rodriguez. She married Paul Soliz on May 4, 1984 in Plainview. She is survived by her husband, Paul Soliz of Plainview; 1 son, Robert and Cindi Soliz of Plainview; 1 daughter, Veronica and Alex Hernandez of Lubbock; 4 brothers, Inocente Rodriguez of Plainview, Richard and Teresa Rodriguez of Lubbock, Tony and Leticia Rodriguez of Lubbock and Gavino and Doris Rodriguez of San Marcos, CA; 3 sisters, Estella and Felix Gonzales of Plainview, Olivia Villa of Cleveland, TX and Mary Quintanilla of San Antonio and 5 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by both parents and 1 brother, Jose Angel Rodriguez.
