Funeral Services for Alicia H. Summers, 66 of Plainview, will be at 10:00 am Tuesday at Trinity Fellowship Church with Oscar Chavez officiating. Burial will follow at Plainview cemetery. Prayer service will be held Monday night from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Bartley Funeral Home. She died Friday, July 25, 2014 in Plainview. She was born March 16, 1948 in Shallowater, Texas to Ysabel Herrera and Conception Rodriguez. She married Henry "Buster" Summers February 23, 1996 in Plainview. She attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church where she was a De Colores and also the Guadalupanas. Survivors include Husband "Buster" Summers of Plainview, 1 Stepson Pepper Summers of Louisville, KY, 3 Daughters; Mary Jane Flores with Husband Joe Anthony of Lubbock, Erma Stinnet with Husband Anthony of Frisco, TX, Patricia Morris of Plainview. 1 Brother, Jesse Herrera with Wife Mary of Plainview. 2 Sisters; Virginia Martinez with Husband Adan of Plainview and Anna Herrera of Lubbock. 8 Grandchildren. Preceded in death by Sister Mary H. Garcia.
